Abstract submission is closed.

Poster presentations – instructions

The poster screens presentation surface is 98 cm wide, and 198 cm high – portrait format. (You don’t need to fill the full height down to the floor.)
Posters can be attached to the screen with pins. Pins will be provided on-site by the organizers.

Poster will be divided into two groups, group 1 displayed on the first half of the conference, and group 2 displaye on the second half of the conference. Groups and time/date for mounting and dismounting of your poster will provided later in August.

Oral presentations – instructions

Oral presentation instructions will be available later in August.

Deadlines

April 11th, 2022 – Last submission date for IS3NA Travel Award
April 11th, 2022 – Last submission date for pre-acceptance letter, if needed before Early-bird registration
May 24, 2022 – Last submission date for Oral presentation and Early-bird registration (extended, updated May 17)
June 20, 2022 – Last submission date for Poster-only abstracts

Abstract rules

• Title: The abstract title is limited to 150 characters. Do not use capital letters unless abbreviations or similar.
• Authors and affiliations: Please enter authors’ name and affiliations in the dedicated fields. Do not use capital letters unless abbreviations or similar.
• Text: Word count is limited to 250 words. The title, authors’ name and affiliation are not included in this number. 
  
• Image: The abstract allows for one image.
• Presentation type: Please indicate the preferred presentation type.
